Finishing Finalization Process

Synergy construction is well underway and proceeding ahead of schedule and on budget. It is now time to select your colour scheme and optional upgrades. All of the details necessary to make your decisions are contained in the links provided.

* Even if you do not want any upgrade options you must indicate which colour scheme you would like on the addendum and send it in. If you do not select a colour scheme, a default colour scheme will be chosen for you.

Actions Necessary

  1. We recommend that you print out your floor plan for reference.
  2. Select your upgrade options and colour scheme.
  3. Fill out your addendum and calculate the total cost of your upgrades.
  4. Fax your completed addendum to 604-689-8024 or mail to Maverick.
  5. Make your cheque out for half of the total cost of your selected
    upgrade options to Browne Associates in Trust, and mail to:
